Job Description Order Review & Analysis: • Review incoming orders from the sales team to confirm all necessary measurements and specifications are provided., • Reach out to customers directly to gather any missing details or clarify unclear information., • Ensure the selected security system(e.g., straps, buckles) is appropriate for the specific furniture piece., • Conduct online research to identify furniture pieces, manufacturers, and collections when not clearly specified in the order., • Use Pattern Smith Software to design accurate, Custom patterns for outdoor furniture covers., • Ensure patterns are optimized for both quality and production efficiency., • Compile comprehensive order documentation, including finalized patterns and any necessary notes., • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any order-related issues., • Partner with the cutting department to ensure patterns are executed correctly and efficiently., • Review all patterns for accuracy, consistency, and quality before submission., • Experience in pattern design, furniture manufacturing, or a related field., • Familiarity with outdoor furniture covers and production workflows.Company DescriptionCouverture Covers is a premier furniture design company specializing in the customization of high-end luxury outdoor furniture covers.
