What We Offer * Weekly pay of $16.50 per hour * Direct deposit & debit card payment options * Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance * Weekly Pay * Get weekends off * Overtime available Seamstress Tasks & Duties * Measure, cut, and sew fabric following patterns or client specifications. * Perform alterations, repairs, hemming, and adjustments on garments. * Operate industrial and standard sewing machines, sergers, and related tools. * Fit garments to customers/employees and identify required modifications. * Construct, assemble, and finish clothing, uniforms, or textile products. * Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability. * Maintain sewing equipment and perform basic machine troubleshooting. * Press, steam, and finish garments to professional standards. Seamstress Shift Info * Day Shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm * Monday - Friday Seamstress Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) * Seamstress experience preferred * Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen * Able to pass a background check * Able to work in the US * Ability to use industrial sewing machines, sergers, hemmers, and hand-sewing tools. * Strong understanding of garment construction and alteration techniques. * Ability to read patterns, technical drawings, and measurement charts. * Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. * Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. * Ability to take accurate measurements and perform fittings. * Time management skills to meet production schedules and deadlines. Job Description NOW HIRING: Drapery / Window Treatment Seamstress Join our growing team of industry professionals creating high-quality, custom window treatments for residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to work in our Dallas, TX workroom. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fabric, design, and craftsmanship.
