Job DescriptionJob Title: General Operator (Weaver)Shift: 2nd or 3rd • 2nd shift - 1:30 pm to 10 pm $20, • Work safely at all times and report unsafe conditions immediately to a Supervisor or Safety Coordinator, • Understand and follow quality policies to ensure production of high-quality products, • Report to assigned work area on time and ready to work, • Meet required production efficiencies for assigned tasks, • Maintain traceability in compliance with AS9100 standards, • Complete and maintain all required documentation and labeling, • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including end-of-shift cleaning, • Support team and production goalsKey Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreeling / Set-Up (Entering), • Clean and prepare creel spindles prior to setup, • Load yarn spools (1–20 lbs.) onto creel spindles, • Feed yarn through harness and reed according to pattern specifications, • Perform bending (approx. 25%), reaching (approx. 15%), and lifting throughout shift, • Attach hand weights and complete visual inspections of setup, • Transfer yarn ends through harness/reed in predetermined patterns, • Perform creel takedown, including pulling remaining yarn (20–30 lbs.) and removing empty spoolsWeaving Operations, • Perform daily loom inspections to ensure proper operation, • Operate and monitor looms throughout the shift, • Identify and address defects such as broken ends or mis-picks, • Change fill yarn packages as needed (requires frequent walking), • Remove completed fabric rolls and restart new rolls, • Perform kneeling tasks to secure fabric to cores, • Move finished rolls using carts (50–200 lbs., with assistance), • Conduct visual inspections of finished products, • Communicate equipment issues and quality concerns to SupervisorsQualifications & Skills, • Previous manufacturing experience preferred, • Basic math skills required, • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability, • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written English), • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, • Reliable, adaptable, and open to change, • Must have reliable transportation, • Must be available for overtime and rotating weekend shifts#AV1
