family owned fashion company is looking for a new production sewer. you must have factory experience on industrial sewing machines and understand garment construction. this is not an entry level position--home sewing experience is not applicable. we make bags, mostly out of canvas and use juki straight sewers and serger. you should know how to operate and do troubleshooting on both. in addition, experience with button sewers, button holes, hemmers are a plus. it is not necessary to speak English. we speak, Spanish, French and Portuguese, but are more than willing to use google translate for the right person. full or part time available.
