MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Job Description CNC Programmer/Machinist. About Us We’re a precision manufacturing company specializing in multi-axis CNC machining. This is a full-time, long-term position for a talented, driven, and responsible team player who can take the lead when needed. What You’ll Do * Program complex parts for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills to tight tolerances. * Create, edit, and optimize G-code; troubleshoot programs at the machine as needed. * Use CAM systems to generate efficient toolpaths and setups. * Interpret and apply GD&T to ensure dimensional and geometric requirements are met. * Work from CAD models and drawings: extract dimensions, validate requirements, and produce CAD models/drawings as directed. * Support cross-functional teams using MRP software, ensuring accurate routings, BOMs, and part data. * Partner with machinists on setups and troubleshooting, building solutions together to improve cycle time, quality, and repeatability. What You Bring * 5–7 years of hands-on CNC programming experience (mills). * Proven ability to hold tight tolerances on complex parts. * Strong command of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and print reading. * Proficiency with CAM (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM, or similar). * Comfortable in a CAD environment; able to create/modify models and drawings. * Experience setting up and troubleshooting mills on the shop floor. * 5-axis programming experience a plus. * MRP/ERP proficiency and strong team-oriented communication skills.
