Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary:
Reydel VW of Linden is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist (VW OR AUDI EXPERIENCE PREFERRED) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations in our parts department. WE WILL BE MOVING TO OUR BRAND NEW SERVICE AND PARTS CENTER SHORTLY. CONSTUCTION IS COMPLETE. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and service technicians with part orders and inquiries.
Maintain and manage an organized inventory of parts.
Identify and locate the appropriate parts based on customers’ needs.
Place orders, receive shipments, and check for accuracy.
Stay updated on product knowledge and Volkswagen parts catalogs.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive parts or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with Volkswagen parts and systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in using parts management software and tools. Benefits:
