Handle employee investigations and personnel matters. Conduct talent acquisition and facilitate interviews. Maintain Excel spreadsheets and manage data using Office 365 and TEAMS. Attend Operations and Safety meetings regularly. Qualifications: Proven Employee Relations experience, including investigations and personnel matters. Stable work history. Strong talent acquisition and interview skills. Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel.
