Decatur Manor, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Decatur, IL, has an Immediate Opening for an Assistant to our Food Services Supervisor. This is a Full Time position. Must be open to working some days and some evenings plus every other weekend. We are giving preference to candidates who have experience working in food service in a healthcare setting NOT a restaurants. Responsibilities of the Assistant to the Food Services Supervisor: • Assist with daily dietary tasks as needed, • Assist with Dietary Department Employee Scheduling, • Aide with Prepping and Cooking as needed, • Experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare setting, • Serve Safe Certification and Food Sanitation License required, • Organizational, interpersonal and planning skills, • Strong administrative, managerial and interpersonal skills, • Leadership qualities in Motivating/Directing staff as needed, • Opportunity for Advancement, • Choice of several health insurance plans, • 401(k) with company match, • Voluntary Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance, • Paid time off, • Teladoc for Immediate Care (when enrolled in a health plan) Apply now!
