Front of House -Tasks and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Serving up our delicious and freshly made gelato & ice pops with a smile! Working upfront with your team greeting every guest, offering samples, making suggestions, and ensuring each guest leaves happier than they came in! Following exact training, food safety regulations, and company guidelines to consistently serve all of our products (gelato, ice pops, coffee corner items, and beverages). You will work alongside your teammates and leadership team to help the shop run consistently and smoothly while open for business or while closing. You must be comfortable under pressure and/or fast-paced environments. Our FOH staff will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.
