This position blends project execution with cross-functional coordination, requiring both technical and interpersonal excellence. You'll lead program implementations, manage deployment of various projects for the Client Account and Operations teams, and support internal process improvementsall contributing to the success of our client relationships and internal teams. Duties and Responsibilities Program Implementation • Coordinate the setup and execution of new client programs, ensuring timelines, configurations and requirements are met with oversight from leadership., • Develop detailed implementation project plans with milestones, owners and due dates., • Serve as a key point of contact for implementation projects, providing updates and surfacing issues to leadership as needed., • Monitor progress and escalate to stakeholders when timelines are at risk., • Collaborate with Account Managers and Clients to document business goals and program specifications., • Collaborate with Account Managers on ExtuIS system configurations., • Conduct internal post-implementation reviews to identify any lessons learned to help improve process workflows and efficiencies., • Maintain thorough documentation of implementation steps, decisions and configurations. Project Management • Manage the deployment of our standard CIM communications campaigns, including creating launch messaging to clients, due dates for AMs and updates., • Execute the Annual Client Survey and Quarterly Client Surveys and report findings to internal stakeholders., • Own and implement various other projects that might arise that need project management support on. Process Optimization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement internal and interdepartmental initiatives aimed at improving operational workflows., • Support and contribute to the Program Lifecycle project, helping to implement process improvements, create documentation and design task forces to assist with important projects., • Maintain and enhance team documentation (OneNote, internal wikis and Knowledge Center) to promote knowledge sharing and operational consistency. Job Specifications (Required skills) • 35 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, client success, or project management., • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B environment., • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. Formal project management training or certification is a plus., • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects., • Background in implementation, client success, technical support, or consulting., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • Comfort working with software platforms, integrations, and data., • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, troubleshoot issues, and work with product or engineering teams. Preferred Skills (Non-Essential) • Direct experience with creating and managing incentive programs OR direct experience with channel sales., • Intermediate level Microsoft Office Skills -Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, OneNote, • Experience with tools such as CRM systems, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello), and collaboration tools. Physical Requirements • Travel 15% (meetings with clients), • Ability to lift 10 pounds (laptop for remote work), • Move about inside the office for meetings and to access office equipment, • Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer, • Operate a keyboard for system access and email communication, • Position primarily communicates verbally with clients through in person, video chat, phone and email.
