St. Francis Apartments at Cathedral Square is one of four SFC PSH properties that serve individuals transitioning out of homelessness, enabling them to work toward meaningful self-sufficiency after becoming housed. The Front Desk Associate will provide an accessible physical presence to assist residents, guests, and volunteers, enforce community guidelines, and support the property manager in ensuring the property complies with all legal requirements. This position will collaborate with the property management and supportive services teams to create a welcoming and safe environment. Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) • Will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors and be required to provide professional, trauma informed interactions that promote a positive and trust building experience within the Cathedral Square community, • Monitor visitors to the building in accordance with the buildings guest policy.
