Develops and implements long-term business strategies for all food and beverage operations, including creating innovative event concepts and new bar menu ideas. * Ensures that all event spaces, restaurant, restaurant kitchen, and equipment are clean operational. Compliance and Safety * Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards according to local, state, and federal regulations. * Ensure all staff are properly trained on emergency procedures and legal requirements, such as alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification).
