Job Description Join our dynamic property management team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties as an Administrative Assistant in our leasing department. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with and support employees, • Establish and maintain good relations with tenants, • Maintain and update resident files, • Provide exceptional customer service, • Communicate with management, residents, vendors, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner, • Working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel, • Ability to learn property management software (training provided), • Communicate, verbally and written, with tenants, clients, and others., • Ability to scan, make, fill in, and amend PDF forms, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, supervisors, and vendors., • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with a diverse tenant population., • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment., • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with tenants., • Proficient computer skills, including experience with email communication, data entry, and record-keeping., • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
