Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Office Assistant to support our online sales operations. This role involves assisting with product listings, order processing, customer service, and general administrative tasks related to our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities • Assist with creating and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, website, etc.), • Process online orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment, • Monitor inventory levels and update product availability, • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or marketplace messaging, • Coordinate with warehouse or shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries, • Upload product images and update product descriptions, • Track returns, exchanges, and refunds, • Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and customer communications, • Assist with data entry and reporting related to online sales, • Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or administrative support preferred, • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or similar, • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly, • Good written communication skills, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Experience with product listing optimization or digital marketplaces, • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, • Experience handling online customer service
