Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Competitive salary, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Opportunity for advancement, • Paid time off, • Training & development, • Learn our full product and service portfolio, as well as our delivery processes., • Track all account activity in our ticketing system., • Proactively identify, track, and act on agreement renewals., • Create opportunity records and followup tasks as needed., • Use our sales quoting tool to build, review, and deliver proposals to clients., • Review proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs., • Maintain a clientbyclient list of followup tasks and deadlines., • Interact with clients daily with a focus on improving satisfaction and overall experience.Procurement & Order Management, • Learn procurement processes and support order fulfillment activities., • Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on schedule., • Collaborate with vendors on pricing, procurement of hardware/software, order tracking, backorder monitoring, and returns., • Build strong vendor relationships and explore Marketing Development Fund (MDF) funding opportunities when applicable., • Create opportunities within the PSA for any procurement or sales requests received from clients.Collaboration & Communication, • Coordinate meetings with clients, prospects, and internal teamsincluding scheduling, preparing agendas, gathering materials, and managing followup., • Work closely with sales and marketing teams on social media posts, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives., • Share information openly, support teammates, and contribute to a positive, teamfocused environment.Professional Development, • Complete all required training, including product, tools, software, and procedural courses., • Continuously improve through goalsetting, organization, and proactive communication.What You Bring, • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people in meaningful ways., • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Comfortable using personal technology (computers, laptops, mobile devices)., • A collaborative mindsetenjoys helping others and contributing to team success., • Highly organized, detailoriented, and goaldriven., • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
