Our team is fast-paced, collaborative, and committed to excellence. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support a senior executive. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, anticipates needs, and ensures seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and poise. Key Responsibilities • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups, • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, investors, and external partners, • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism, • Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution, • Assist with real estate-related documentation, transactions, and due diligence materials, • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, • Support event planning, including investor meetings, site visits, and company events, • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably in real estate, finance, or a related industry, • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools, • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, • Proactive problem-solver with a “no task too small” mindset, • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels, • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, • Adaptable and resourceful under pressure
