Job Description Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist for our Houston, TX Division and will be located in The Woodlands, TX office. This individual will need to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and Spanish. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. SUMMARY The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, data entry, and scheduling appointments. JOB DUTIES FOR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST • Welcome visitors and provide direction as necessary, • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, • Maintain the appearance of public areas (front desk and boardroom), • Present a positive and professional image of the company to all visitors, suppliers, inquirers, and other interactions, • Order and maintain office supplies, • Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as required, • Send, receive, and distribute mail (including priority post, packages, and courier services), • Ensure that appropriate evacuation procedures are carried out in the event of an emergency, • Complete daily data entry of payroll and handle paperwork for new hire employees as directed., • Assist HR, Division Manager, and all in office personnel, • Obtain supervisor’s signature on all contracts, subcontracts, and change order documents as required., • High School Diploma or an acceptable combination of education and experience, • One year to three years of office administration experience, • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, • Proficient in English and Spanish Basic payroll and HR knowledge is a must * Must be courteous and diplomatic in dealing with others. * Must be able to work under deadlines, be reliable, and be able to work independently. • Superior telephone manners, • Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal), • Competitive compensation paid weekly, • Best-in-class; Medical, Dental, Vision, and LTD/STD, • 401(k) with company match, vested day-one, • Employee Stock Purchase Plan [ESPP], • Tuition Reimbursement, • Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Community Service Paid Time Off, • Pet Coverage "For our Furry Friends", • Legal Assistance Coverage Primoris was formed in 2004 as the parent company and is traded on the NYSE under the symbol PRIM.
