IVDRIPS is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Operations Associate to support our day-to-day operations in New York City — with a strong focus on interview coordination and hiring support. This role is ideal for someone with operations or administrative experience who is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable interacting with candidates and internal teams. Experience: Required operations, admin, recruiting coordination, or similar (remote position) What you’ll do: • Support daily operational workflows, • Coordinate interviews (scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups), • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, • Assist with onboarding logistics and internal coordination, • Track candidates, interviews, and next steps, • Support leadership with operational and hiring-related tasks What we’re looking for: • Prior operations or admin experience (recruiting support is a plus), • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Professional, reliable, and proactive, • Comfortable handling confidential information, • Preferably based in US, Canada, UK, Philippines, South Africa, UAE
