As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our new patients. Well spoken is a must! Key Responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office., • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed., • Manage the front desk by handling incoming/outgoing mail and maintaining a tidy reception area., • Perform clerical duties such as filing documents into our system, photocopying, etc., • Checking claims. We provide hearing evaluations, hearing aids, and related services in a professional but down-to-earth environment.
