This role is ideal for someone with a background or interest in psychology and life coaching . Responsibilities: - Manage daily tasks, scheduling, and general organization - Assist with planning routines, appointments, and personal goals - Provide gentle accountability and structure for completing basic life tasks - Support with decision-making, prioritization, and follow-through - Maintain a calm, non-judgmental, and supportive presence - Help create systems that improve consistency and reduce overwhelm Ideal Candidate: - Background or current studies in psychology, mental health, social work, or coaching (preferred) - Highly organized, reliable, and proactive - Emotionally intelligent with strong communication skills - Able to balance structure with empathy - Comfortable supporting someone through periods of overwhelm or low motivation
