All-In-One Personal Assistant / Operations Coordinator — Men’s Fashion Brand (Brooklyn) We are a growing men’s fashion brand looking for a reliable, organized, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is a long-term opportunity — as the company grows, your role and incentives will grow as well. What You’ll Help With: • Shopify backend management, • Admin and operations support, • Dropship & ecommerce systems, • Content support using AI + Canva, • Social media coordination, • QuickBooks / basic bookkeeping support, • Photo & video asset organization, • General backend management Big Plus If You Have Experience With: • Shopify, • AI tools for photo/video/content, • Canva, • QuickBooks, • Social media management, • Fashion sense, • Strong computer & tech skills, • Ecommerce / dropship workflows Who You Are: • Highly organized, • Professional and respectful, • Tech-savvy and fast learner, • Self-starter who can execute direction, • Comfortable working closely with a founder Details: • Location: Brooklyn office, • Schedule: Prefer Monday–Thursday, • Long-term role with growth potential, • Video call first, then in-person meeting If you like fashion, tech, and being part of a growing brand — apply and tell us about your experience.
