Cannoli Plus is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting our bakery and store operations. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and managing correspondence., • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed., • Greet visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment., • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing receipts., • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary., • Support the team with various operational tasks, which may include coordinating deliveries, assisting with inventory management, and handling customer inquiries., • Maintain an organized and efficient office space., • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Qualifications: • Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative support role., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • High level of attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment., • High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary qualification is a plus., • Must possess valid work authorization.
