Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Fabrication Area Manager to lead and oversee the sheet metal and tube processing operations within our manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible for managing the operation of key fabrication equipment including the tube laser, band saw, and, as they come online, brake presses and flat lasers. The manager will also play a pivotal role in developing and owning the post-process area as it matures. Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily operations of the tube laser and band saw areas., • Oversee installation, ramp-up, and ongoing operation of brake presses and flat lasers., • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all fabrication equipment., • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production planning teams to ensure optimal machine utilization and throughput., • Monitor KPIs such as uptime, scrap rates, and cycle times; drive continuous improvement initiatives., • Manage and mentor a team of operators and technicians., • Own the development and management of the post-process area (deburring, cleaning, finishing, etc.)., • Proven experience managing operations in a fabrication environment using tube lasers, band saws, brake presses, and flat lasers., • Strong understanding of sheet metal and tube processing techniques., • Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies., • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills., • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications., • 5+ years in a fabrication or manufacturing leadership role., • Experience in scaling operations and onboarding new equipment., • Background in managing post-processing operations.

Job Description Accounts Receivable Specialist Department: Finance Reports To: Accounting Manager Location: Goodyear, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Specialist in a manufacturing environment is responsible for incoming payments, ensuring timely processing of invoices, and ensuring timely collection of payments. This role requires close coordination with Project Managers, Business Unit Managers, and logistics teams to ensure accurate invoices and resolution of any discrepancies related to shipments or contracts. Key Responsibilities: · Generate and distribute invoices based on production schedules and delivery confirmations. · Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances. · Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve discrepancies related to product deliveries or pricing. · Maintain accurate records of receivables and customer communications. · Collaborate with the shipping and sales departments to verify order fulfillment and billing accuracy. · Prepare reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. · Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and account details. · Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline billing and collections. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred. · 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. · Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and accounting software. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. · Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external customers. Preferred Skills: · Understanding of manufacturing workflows and inventory systems. · Experience with freight and logistics billing. · Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and documentation requirements.
