About You As a Business Operations Associate, you will take part in hands-on business activities across multiple departments. This role offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in every part of our business, gain exposure to decision-making, and learn the fundamentals of running operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strategic & Operational Support • Join direct manager in collaborating with procurement, logistics, sales, marketing, accounting, and other departments to ensure smooth operations., • Join Strategy & Operations leadership to influence strategic decisions and support successful implementations., • Participate in business discussions and provide research-backed insights to guide company direction. Human Resources • Support management's recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes., • Take on payroll preparation, attendance, and time-off tracking and submit for review and approval., • Report HR metrics and updates regularly to management. Property & Office Management • Perform property management duties as assigned., • Execute on office administration decisions, ensuring teams have the tools and resources needed to operate effectively., • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for the ESU team and guests., • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience. Administrative & Finance Support • Handle inbound calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team., • Perform general administrative tasks, document organization, and process improvements., • Track expenses, manage receipts, and assist with accounting-related tasks., • Plan and execute internal events and employee experiences. Qualifications • Education: Recent college graduate eager to grow in a business environment. Required Skills • Initiative & Curiosity: Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative., • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent at establishing trust, resolving conflicts constructively, and communicating with empathy across all levels of the organization., • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail., • Problem Solving: Effective at addressing office and operational challenges., • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication when interacting with staff, vendors, and guests., • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office., • Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience preferred., • Customer Service: Ability to greet and assist guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience., • Coordination: Comfortable with travel, meeting, and event coordination., • Presentation: Skilled in preparing professional presentations and supporting internal processes. Preferred Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, High School diploma with relevant experience will be considered., • Experience: 1–2 years in administrative support or office operations., • Specialized Skills: Scheduling, travel coordination, document management, inventory tracking, business reporting, process improvement, and strong customer service.
