Job DescriptionParalegal- Estate Administration Paralegal - Estate Administration Position Overview My client, a top ranked regional law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal specializing in Estate Administration to support their legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in the management of estate and trust matters, ensuring compliance with legal standards and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities • Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of probate documents, • Conduct legal research related to estate and trust administration, • Draft and review estate planning documents and trust agreements, • Manage communication with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders, • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date, • Prepare reports and summaries pertaining to estate matters, • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Paralegal Studies or a related field, • Paralegal certification preferred, • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate administration or related legal field, • Strong knowledge of probate and trust administration processes, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
