Job Description Kelly Services is currently partnering with a large distributor in the Charleston, WV and seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join the our Billing team. Interested? Apply now! Role: Data Entry / Billing Clerk - seeking candidates with good speed and accuracy Duration: Contract 3-4 months Pay: $17.50 hourly Location: Charleston, WV Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 Job details Job title: Data Entry / Billing Clerk opening in Charleston, WV – 100% onsite Details: • Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly summary invoicing for customers, • Download, customize, and mail summary recaps, and/or invoices, to customers, • Work with and invoice through customer online Accounts Payable web sites., • Responsible for providing customers with required attachments including mill test reports, delivery receipts, freight bills, etc., • Provide freight bill backup to customers and others as requested., • Prepare various aging reports as needed., • Analyze invoice error report and fix those transactions that failed to be properly invoiced., • Complete pro forma invoices for pre-bill and international customers. Requirements: • High school diploma or a GED (general education degree) with work experience., • Must have basic Excel skills, • Looking for someone with excellent data entry skills, where accuracy is more important than speed., • Prior billing experience, • Working knowledge of MS Office, with excellent skills in Excel; ability to learn SIMS and other web based applications Preferred knowledge: Working knowledge in Ariba, Open Invoice, Cortex, Coupa, Taulia and/or iSupplier helpful. Ability to establish a good rapport with vendors, customers, branch employees, department personnel, freight carriers, and other corporate employees using written correspondence, proper phone etiquette, and other effective interpersonal skills.
