Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food handling regulations. Assist with food prep tasks including assembling orders, stocking supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cash register operations and balancing registers at shift end. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
