The position requires flexibility with shift assignments. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift (6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) for 4 weeks. Post-training, assignments may be on the 2nd shift (3 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.) or the 3rd shift (10:30 p.m.- 7:15 p.m.) based on availability. Job DescriptionHybrid/Garden City, NY Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 The Digital Projects Implementation Analyst specializes in facilitating the deployment of new software applications and business tools, as well as services for digital projects that support Apple Bank’s digital banking strategy. The Analyst is responsible for reviewing business requirements, creating user acceptance test scripts, conducting user testing, collaborating on training documentation, and educating staff on new systems and processes. This position interfaces with the Information Technology group during all certifications and testing phases and supports projects across all department landscapes, including but not limited to digital banking, digital account openings, call center tools, debit card/disputes, and products/processes.
