Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated Retail Salesperson for a freelance support, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, and achieving sales goals. The Retail Salesperson will help create a welcoming and positive in-store experience, assist customers with product selection, and build lasting brand connections with clientele. Qualifications: Strong skills in Retail Sales and Sales to achieve and surpass sales targets Comprehensive knowledge of products and an ability to articulate their features and benefits to customers Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with customers Proactive approach to engaging customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored recommendations Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative retail environment Prior experience in retail or cosmetics is a plus Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
