Job Description Summary/objective The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales team by streamlining processes, managing tools and data, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This role is responsible for sales data analysis, CRM management, reporting, and process optimization, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue-generating activities. Essential functions • Provide primary support to the sales team to ensure efficient operations and streamlined sales processes., • Maintain and improve sales processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency., • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve conversion rates and sales productivity., • Prepare, review, and manage of all documentation, including but not limited to, leases, rental agreements, acceptance documents, and purchase orders., • Manage fleet assets within Fortbrand’s operating systems, • Maintain accurate contract and asset statuses within the ERP system to facilitate accurate reporting, • Resolve client service issues related to lease documentation and vendor payment status., • Serve as the administrator for CRM and other Fortbrand systems; regularly audit CRM data for accuracy and completeness., • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on lead management, order processing, and revenue tracking., • Troobleshoot and implement technical solutions for sales tools. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Extensive knowledge of contract principles and procedures · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign or related software. · Knowledge of aviation or automotive parts and systems Work environment · Working in an office environment. Preferred education and experience · High school diploma or equivalent. · At least two years related experience required.
