Quote and Close: Prepare accurate, competitive quotes using modern digital tools, and confidently close sales while ensuring full compliance and ethical standards. Client Relationship Management: Build lasting client relationships through regular communication, exceptional service, and proactive policy reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Performance-Driven Execution: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to team growth and your own career advancement. Requirements • Active Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required), • Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively in a sales or customer service environment, • Comfortable working in a remote, self-directed setting with minimal supervision, • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and navigate CRM systems, quoting platforms, and digital communication tools, • Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through, accuracy, and attention to detail, • Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve, • Prior insurance or financial services experience is a plusbut not required, • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
