About the Role: The Lead Esthetician is a hands-on leader who ensures smooth daily operations, maintains high service standards, and fosters a positive team culture. This role combines technical expertise in sugaring and beauty services with strong leadership, training, and customer service skills. You’ll be the bridge between our estheticians and management, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment while supporting scheduling, inventory, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Training • Supervise and mentor Estheticians to maintain service excellence., • Train new hires and provide ongoing development for existing staff., • Ensure treatment rooms and common areas meet the highest hygiene standards., • Delegate and oversee daily cleaning routines., • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage return visits and memberships., • Monitor and report stock levels for treatment products and tools., • Ensure staff follows company protocols for all services (e.g., sugaring, lash lifts, brow lamination). ✅ 3+ years of experience in sugaring or a related beauty service. ✅ Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License issued by the New Jersey State Board. ✅ Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills. ✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Detail-oriented with a commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
