This position is to fulfill an early ABA childhood center/ in-home and is case by case. This is NOT a full-time position. CFY's and licensed SLP's in the state of New Jersey welcome to apply. MUST have experience with Autism with complex communication needs. Must have some afternoon availability at least 3 times a week.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals with speech and language disorders, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients with speech and language disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Provide therapy services to clients to improve their speech and language skills
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including BCBA's (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), RBT's (Registered Behavior Technicians) to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Stay current with research and developments in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligible for certification
State licensure or pending eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience working with individuals with a variety of speech and language disorders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
