We are seeking an exceptional Wellness Retail Manager to lead our Miami location and help drive the next phase of growth for the business. Position Summary The Wellness Retail Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day leadership of Auratherapy's Miami flagship location. This role is accountable for sales growth, team performance, customer experience, inventory management, merchandising, staffing, and operational excellence. As the leader of the Miami location, the Wellness Retail Manager is responsible for creating a high-performing environment where employees thrive, customers receive exceptional service, and business goals are consistently achieved. This is a revenue-focused leadership role. Candidates should have a demonstrated history of driving sales performance, coaching teams, developing talent, and achieving measurable business results. The successful candidate will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, development, performance management, scheduling, and team engagement. They will build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement while ensuring the store consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, customer satisfaction, team performance, operational execution, inventory productivity, and overall business results. This position reports directly to the CEO and Chief of Staff. Sales Leadership & Business Performance • Own the achievement of all store sales and service goals., • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets., • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction, aura reading bookings, customer retention, and labor productivity., • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales accountability efforts with the team., • Coach team members on consultative selling techniques and customer engagement., • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth., • Develop and execute action plans to improve sales results., • Partner with leadership on forecasting, goal setting, and business planning., • Create a performance-driven culture focused on achieving measurable business results. Team Leadership & Development • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing team members., • Create schedules that support business needs while managing labor effectively., • Establish clear expectations and performance standards., • Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews., • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative culture., • Support employee growth through training and development., • Ensure consistent execution of company policies and standards., • Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Guest Experience • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Auratherapy brand., • Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty., • Ensure every guest receives personalized recommendations and education., • Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively., • Maintain hospitality-level service standards throughout the store., • Ensure the team consistently creates memorable and engaging guest experiences. Operations & Inventory Management • Oversee daily opening and closing procedures., • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards., • Manage cash handling, deposits, and point-of-sale procedures., • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation., • Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business., • Monitor store technology, equipment, and systems., • Manage inventory levels and replenishment., • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits., • Monitor product availability and identify reorder needs., • Minimize inventory discrepancies and product loss., • Coordinate receiving and merchandising of inventory. Merchandising & Brand Standards • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards., • Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional materials remain accurate and current., • Maintain exceptional presentation of products, testers, fixtures, and educational materials., • Support new product launches and promotional initiatives., • Train team members on product knowledge and selling strategies., • Provide feedback on customer behavior, product performance, and merchandising opportunities. Wellness Consultations & Aura Reading Services • Learn Auratherapy's proprietary aura reading and consultation methodology., • Conduct aura readings and wellness consultations as needed., • Support service bookings and customer experiences., • Serve as an ambassador of the Auratherapy brand and mission. No prior experience with aura readings, chakras, or aromatherapy is required. Comprehensive training will be provided. QualificationsRequired • 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, beauty, wellness, spa, lifestyle, apparel, accessories, CPG, or customer experience environments., • Proven success managing teams and achieving sales goals., • Experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining employees., • Strong leadership and performance management skills., • Strong business acumen and comfort working with sales and operational metrics., • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities., • Excellent communication and organizational skills., • Experience with scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and daily operations., • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities., • Comfortable using retail technology and software systems., • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
