The ability to recognize desired quality, follow correct food preparation procedures, standardize recipes, and maintain correct Daily Food Production Records. The Cook must maintain equipment, dishes, pots, and utensils in a safe, sanitary manner. Participate in pre-service and in-service training, attend meetings and workshops on and off-site, and participate in parent involvement and children activities.
