We want to do more than just provide infrastructure for our students. We believe we play a fundamental role in students' journey to independence. The right people are essential in this. Would you like to contribute to this as Regional Manager in the South of Spain? We are looking for a dynamic, versatile manager, who is eager to join the Xior Family. You will be responsible for several residences in Sevilla, Granada and Malaga. Your responsibilities: Student Satisfaction: - Improvement of the customer experience in the residence of the assigned region through a customer journey plan (student interaction, student survey score, google reviews and assure quick responses on a timely manner in all residences among others). - Implement operational processes and standards in the residences in line with Xior policies. Building value: - Cooperate with Residence Managers to keep the best-in-class building through cleaning and maintenance plans (CAPEX forms, follow up maintenance certifications and small repairs). - Follow up the day-to-day operations in the residences of the region. Operational Excellence: - Cooperate with Residence Managers to achieve the BP occupancy & revenue levels improving the sales and marketing of the residences, online and offline. - Follow up the invoicing and rent collection in a timely manner from the residences. - Cost control and P&L analysis monthly together with the Residence Mgr and Operational Mgr. - Define the yearly Business Plan together with Ops and Finance Mgrs. - Weekly and monthly reporting of KPI’s to the Ops Mgr Spain. Would you like to contribute to this as Operations Assistant in Malaga? We are looking for a dynamic, versatile Operations Assistant, who is eager to join a student residence with 221 rooms in Malaga. You will be working in an educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location. Job description: You take care of the customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys, cards and information You accompany visitors and future clients during open days, a tour of the facilities, etc. You support the administration office You monitor the building and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening) You apply the neccesary protocols in emergencies This role requires you to work in shifts, with a rotating schedule of 40-hours a week, planned within Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pm with corresponding weekly breaks and holidays.
