Clients are sourced through various channels, including GP "right to choose" referrals, NHS and national service contracts, school commissions, and private clients. The main duties include conducting thorough, evidence-based diagnostic assessments using tools like the Young DIVA and other clinically valid procedures to make diagnoses based on formal criteria such as the DSM-5 and ICD-11, while remaining sensitive to individual differences, such as gender presentation.
