We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record in sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies
Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
Strong track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
