Cómo convertirse en auxiliar de enfermería

El sector de la salud tiene muchas posibilidades laborales tanto en el sector privado como público y una de las posiciones más necesitadas son las de auxiliar de enfermería. Esta profesión tiene unas tareas similares a las de las enfermeras pero requiere de menos estudios, menos responsabilidad y cargo sanitario en el día a día. Su función básica es complementar los servicios de asistencia sanitaria.

¿Qué hacen los auxiliares de enfermería?

Trabajan en hospitales o centros sanitarios teniendo cura de los pacientes y ayudando a enfermeros y médicos. Están en contacto cara a cara con las personas ingresadas o que se  visitan en los centros médicos como clínicas y hospitales. Las funciones del auxiliar de enfermería varían dependiendo del sector sanitario en el que trabajan. Algunas de ellas son:

What qualification do they have?

To be able to occupy a position related to this profession, it is necessary to study at higher level and obtain the title of Assistant Nursing Care Technician (TCAE). This training can be completed in 140 hours and requires the completion of mandatory practices in health centers or institutions, public or private.
