At Ziptransfers, we have been operating in the airport transfer industry for more than 15 years. Today, we are a multicultural team of almost 40 people, with different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds, managing services across 80+ countries and 250+ airports worldwide. We are growing and looking for a Service Operations Center Agent to join our team. The role combines booking management, customer support and daily operations, helping ensure our transfers run smoothly around the world. The role • Manage and review bookings and booking requests., • Assist customers and providers mainly by phone, as well as through other communication channels., • Monitor live transfers and daily operations., • Handle changes, incidents and last-minute situations., • Coordinate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
