At Ziptransfers, we have been operating in the airport transfer industry for more than 15 years. Today, we are a multicultural team of almost 40 people, with different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds, managing services across 80+ countries and 250+ airports worldwide.
We are growing and looking for a Service Operations Center Agent to join our team. The role combines booking management, customer support and daily operations, helping ensure our transfers run smoothly around the world.
The role
- Manage and review bookings and booking requests.
- Assist customers and providers mainly by phone, as well as through other communication channels.
- Monitor live transfers and daily operations.
- Handle changes, incidents and last-minute situations.
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, booking, operations, tourism, transport or similar.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling phone-based customer and provider support.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills.
- Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Residence in Reus, Tarragona or nearby,
