Job Summary We’re looking for a Designer to join OP Madrid / BARCELONA contributing creative, thoughtful, and impactful design solutions across a wide variety of projects and clients. Working closely with senior designers, creative leads, project and account managers, you will help bring ideas to life across digital, social, print, motion, and integrated brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-focused, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative production environment. Responsibilities • Produce high-quality design across digital, social, print, and integrated brand campaigns., • Translate creative concepts into visually compelling layouts, assets, and design executions., • Collaborate with creative leads, designers, writers, editors, on project development., • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high visual standards., • Prepare and package production-ready files following technical specifications and best practices., • Adapt and version creative assets across multiple formats and digital platforms., • Participate in critiques and help refine creative output., • Maintain clear file organisation, naming conventions, and version control. Requirements • Experience as a Designer within an agency, studio, or production environment., • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma., • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, layout, typography, and brand understanding., • Ability to interpret briefs and develop creative solutions., • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work., • Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback constructively., • Interest in motion, 3D, or emerging creative technologies is a plus., • Healthcare experience is a plus., • English is a plus.
