I am looking for people who can help me maintain the highest standards and the best customer service for mostly international tourists in a busy bike rental shop.
You must be self motivated, be able to work on your own and to quickly change gears, be able to prioritise and multi-task. Basic bicycle maintenance knowledge is advantageous. Above market related salary offered.

Bike Rental Shop Assistant:
Requirements:
Excellent English Level and conversational Spanish Level
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Self-Motivated, Responsible for a shop by yourself
Basic knowledge of bicycles (Experience with bike maintenance is a plus)
Be available at least until November
Punctual
Flexible – Overtime and Holiday Cover
Good Work Ethic: Make the most of quiet periods and also work well under pressure when busy
Must be able to legally work in Spain
Duties:
Explain our service to customers, prices, contracts, recommendations
Follow tried and tested practises
Check, Clean and Rent bikes
Basic Maintenance of rental bikes
Basic Book keeping
Reservation management
Shop Opening & Closing
Occasional Answering Calls & Emails
Advantageous:
Experience working in a (good) bike rental shop
Experience working as a bike mechanic
