I am looking for people who can help me maintain the highest standards and the best customer service for mostly international tourists in a busy bike rental shop.
You must be self motivated, be able to work on your own and to quickly change gears, be able to prioritise and multi-task. Must be able to maintain and fix bicycles. 25% above minimum salary offered.

Bike Rental Shop Assistant:
Requirements:
Excellent English Level and conversational Spanish Level
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Self-Motivated, Responsible for a shop by yourself
Knowledge of fixing bicycles is required
Be available at least until November
Punctual
Flexible – Overtime and Holiday Cover
Good Work Ethic: Make the most of quiet periods and also work well under pressure when busy
Must be able to legally work in Spain
Duties:
Explain our service to customers, prices, contracts, recommendations
Follow tried and tested practises
Check, Clean and Rent bikes
Maintenance and fixing of rental bikes
Basic Book keeping
Reservation management
Shop Opening & Closing
Occasional Answering Calls & Emails
Advantageous:
Experience working in a (good) bike rental shop
Experience working as a bike mechanic
Start Date: 2-4 weeks
