Job Description: We are currently seeking a caring and responsible individual to join our team as a Caretaker. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to providing personalized care and support. As a Caretaker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily tasks, promoting independence, and fostering a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance to clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in caregiving or healthcare preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver or caretaker preferred but not required. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting clients with mobility. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. We are looking for an experienced carer for a 79 year old lady who had a stroke and who is in a wheelchair chair. We need cover 7 days/week from 7am to 7:45pm but with around 3h break during that period. We also have some flexibility. The job can be live in or live out and is in located in Wandsworth. Both Locations is a 24-hour supported living scheme supporting adults with high mental health support needs to build the skills to move on independently. The shifts you will be working is Long days (8AM-8PM)n or short days (8Am-2PM, 2PM-8PM), you will be working on a rota bases which will be weekdays and alternative weekends.
