What You Will Learn & Do as a Kitchen Trainee: • Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks, • Support in the mise en place for daily service, • Learn proper food preparation techniques and presentation standards, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment, • Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times, • Assist in monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors of shortages, • Support the kitchen team during service and high-volume periods, • Help in the preparation of dishes for events and banquets, • Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the kitchen What are we looking for? • A current student related to Culinary Arts or Gastronomy, • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety, • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Team player with a positive attitude, • Available for a 6-month full-time internship, • Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school, • Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU Your benefits • Paid Internship, • Staff meals during the working shifts, • Mentorship and hands-on career-building experience
