Funciones principales: · Control y seguimiento de cobros y pagos. · Control de facturas. · Conciliaciones bancarias y registro de asientos contables. · Contabilización de nóminas. · Gestión administrativa general y contable. · Preparación y presentación de modelos fiscales e impuestos. · Apoyo general en la gestión administrativa. FUNCIONES A REALIZAR: • Contabilidad de Facturas Recibidas: Contabilización de facturas de servicios y de productos; tanto de proveedores locales, • Gestión de cuentas de clientes: Seguimiento de las cuentas a cobrar a través de listados de facturas emitidas por vencimiento y seguimiento proactivo de cuentas pendientes mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos o notificaciones formales., • Tesorería y conciliación Bancaria: contabilización de remesas bancarias, tanto de cobros como de pagos; contabilización de apuntes bancarios generales y conciliación bancaria a través de cuentas contables puente., • Cualquier otra tarea vinculada a la contabilidad diaria que el departamento pueda requerir: introducción de contabilidad general, contabilización de provisiones contables u obtención de listados del programa. REQUISITOS MINIMOS: • Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Auxiliar Contable., • Disponibilidad inmediata., • Residir cerca del centro de trabajo (Barberà del Vallès)., • Nivel avanzado Excel. Position purpose: Specifically, the Income Auditor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Audit continually the financial processes within the hotel to ensure, internally, that best practice procedures are met; Recommend improvements to processes as required; Audit the hotel financials on a daily basis to ensure all logged financial reports are accurate; Audit the cash takings within the hotel to ensure accuracy and completion. Set up proper controls and procedures to ensure that no revenue is lost. Main duties: Ensure the accuracy of the Daily Revenue Report prepared by Night Audit. Verify and spot check the the daily operations system transactions and supporting documents. Reconcile and monitor housekeeper and rate discrepancies, and Conference and Banqueting Revenue against daily function sheets. Ensure entertainment /employments check are signed and explained by a manager and pass these on to the Assistant Finance Manager for approval. Check the backup of rebates and pass these on for approval Spot check that room rates in the PMS system are as per contract rates. Balance the credit card out-standings, reconciled by Night Audit, with the general ledger accounts. Check if all credit card queries are clarified and if necessary action is taken immediately. Verify that all voided FB guest checks are explained and approved by the supervisor or managerMake sure that all payments and paid outs are handled as per Front Office credit policy. Check that all complimentary and house use rooms have to be approved by the General Manager. Ensure that House accounts and group maters accounts are checked out on a timely basis. Provides punctual support to ensure compliance with local and company requirement, including internal controls, reporting and billing. Reconcile various general ledger accounts at month end.
