We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Specialist with hands-on experience selling payment solutions to the iGaming and Betting industry. This is a role for someone who already understands the market, knows how payment businesses and merchants work together, and can build relationships with senior decision-makers. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying and approaching potential merchants to negotiation, onboarding, launch, and further commercial development. You should already have an established network of merchants within the iGaming/Betting industry and strong professional relationships with decision-makers at C-level. We are looking for someone who can bring both industry expertise and an active professional network to the role. What You Will Do: • Identify and acquire new merchants within the iGaming and Betting industry., • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to commercial negotiations and closing., • Sell and present payment solutions based on each merchant’s markets, payment flows, and business requirements., • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, C-level executives, and other key decision-makers., • Coordinate merchant onboarding and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth launch., • Develop existing commercial relationships and identify opportunities for further growth., • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM., • Deliver against individual sales targets and KPIs., • Conduct both online and face-to-face commercial negotiations., • Represent the company at international iGaming, fintech, payments, and betting conferences., • Build new industry relationships and develop the company’s merchant network., • Stay up to date with developments across the European payments and iGaming markets., • Share market intelligence and merchant feedback to support the company’s commercial strategy. This role requires relevant industry experience. We are particularly interested in candidates who already understand the commercial dynamics of payments within iGaming and Betting. Essential Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or active outbound sales., • At least 1 year of proven experience selling payment solutions to iGaming/Betting merchants., • Strong understanding of the European payments ecosystem., • Good knowledge of the iGaming and Betting industry., • An existing network of relevant merchants and industry contacts., • Established relationships with merchant representatives and C-level decision-makers., • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close B2B deals., • Strong commercial and negotiation skills., • Confidence communicating with founders, business owners, and senior executives., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process., • Strong self-organization, reliability, and attention to deadlines., • English and Russian at B2 level or above., • Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, industry events, and client meetings. You are likely to be a strong fit if you are highly autonomous, commercially ambitious, and motivated by measurable results. You understand that successful sales in the payments industry are built on relationships, credibility, market knowledge, persistence, and the ability to close. You are comfortable opening doors yourself rather than waiting for inbound leads. You know how to build trust with senior decision-makers, understand a merchant’s actual payment needs, and turn that relationship into long-term commercial business. Most importantly, you take ownership of the result, from the first conversation to a successfully onboarded and active merchant. What Success Look Like: For us, sales success is not simply the number of calls, meetings, or contacts added to CRM. The goal is: Qualified merchant → commercial negotiation → agreement → successful onboarding → active processing → long-term revenue growth. We are looking for a Sales Manager who understands the difference between signing a merchant and building an active, revenue-generating partnership.
