Marketing Manager · THE LUUMA FAMILY About us THE LUUMA FAMILY brings together three venues with their own personality: Luuma, Oyana and Moosa. Each one has its own identity and experience, but together they form one family and one hospitality brand. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can translate the vision of the family and its three venues into clear, creative and effective marketing actions, and make sure they are brought to life. We are looking for someone with vision, good judgement and strong execution skills; someone who doesn’t just come up with ideas, but can turn them into actions and see them through from start to finish. The role You will be part of the THE LUUMA FAMILY support team, working alongside the Operations, HR, and Finance & Administration teams. You will be responsible for developing and leading the marketing strategy for THE LUUMA FAMILY and its three venues. You will work closely with the Founders and the Operations Director, connecting the overall vision of the business with the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing activities. You will lead the marketing agenda across the group, making sure that ideas, campaigns and opportunities are turned into well-planned and well-executed actions. Your mission: to turn the vision of THE LUUMA FAMILY, Luuma, Oyana and Moosa into a clear marketing strategy and calendar, and lead its implementation. Responsibilities • Create and develop the overall marketing strategy for THE LUUMA FAMILY and each of its venues., • Create and manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, content, events and commercial activations, ensuring everything is planned in advance and delivered on time., • Protect and develop the brand identity, visual language and tone of voice of the group and each venue., • Coordinate external collaborators such as photographers, videographers, designers, agencies and other suppliers., • Create clear briefs, follow up on projects and ensure the correct delivery of content and campaigns., • Manage the social media channels, newsletters and online presence of all three venues., • Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, traffic, bookings, revenue and customer loyalty., • Measure the results of marketing activities and use these insights to improve future campaigns., • Work closely with Operations, HR and Finance whenever marketing initiatives require coordination between departments., • Balance long-term brand building with commercial and tactical actions that generate results. Who we are looking for Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, beach clubs, leisure or lifestyle., • Experience managing campaigns, content and creative suppliers., • Strong knowledge of social media and common marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva or similar, email marketing and analytics tools., • Fluent Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus., • Availability to be on-site for key events and important moments, including occasional weekends. Your profile • Motivated, energetic and proactive., • Creative, with strong judgement and a natural feel for hospitality, lifestyle and branding., • Able to turn ideas into actions and make sure they happen., • Highly organised, with strong planning and follow-up skills., • Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently., • Able to move easily between strategy and hands-on execution., • Attentive to content, image, communication and detail., • A strong communicator and team player., • Passionate about hospitality, restaurants, beach clubs, events and lifestyle. Plan it. Make it happen. Conditions • Location: Marbella, • Contract: Permanent, full-time, • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. Summer intensive working hours, with flexibility for events and occasional weekends., • Salary: Based on experience and suitability for the role., • Start date: 1 November.
