Funciones: – Gestión del registro de clientes, asignación de habitaciones y reservas. – Realización de los procesos de check-in y check-out, garantizando una atención ágil y correcta. – Atención de quejas o reclamaciones, informando al responsable cuando sea necesario. – Comunicación de cambios de última hora (modificaciones de habitación, ampliaciones de estancia o incidencias) al equipo correspondiente. – Apoyo en tareas administrativas del departamento: seguimiento de correos electrónicos, gestión de reservas y propuestas de up selling. Requisitos valorables: – Formación Profesional, Diplomatura o Grado en Turismo. – Conocimientos en programas de gestión hotelera. – Nivel alto de inglés – Experiencia mínima de 2 años como recepcionista en hoteles.
